About the Role
As HouseEazy scales its Noida operations, the Engineering & Manufacturing practice is onboarding an accomplished Assistant General Manager. Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will take direct ownership of enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery governance and drive measurable improvements across strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
This charter requires 2 to 5 years of progressive experience, combining deep domain fluency in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Executive Leadership with disciplined execution via Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks. You will interface directly with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors to ensure every milestone meets HouseEazy's quality bar.
The Assistant General Manager position at HouseEazy (Noida) carries an annual CTC range of ₹7L – ₹11L per annum (approx. ₹58,333 – ₹91,667 per month gross), benchmarked to experienced professional standards in Engineering & Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS and present data-backed optimization recommendations to HouseEazy leadership.
- Design, review, and publish senior leadership reviews, board-ready briefings, and escalation pathways while maintaining strict governance across strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
- Apply hands-on expertise in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Executive Leadership and Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks to elevate output quality and execution speed.
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the Engineering & Manufacturing pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at HouseEazy.
- Lead enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery governance for HouseEazy's Engineering & Manufacturing function in Noida, ensuring full alignment with quarterly delivery roadmaps.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors in a Onsite setup in Noida.
- Proven track record of owning senior leadership reviews, board-ready briefings, and escalation pathways and driving measurable gains in strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
- 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in Engineering & Manufacturing or closely aligned roles comparable to Assistant General Manager.
- Strong working knowledge of Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Executive Leadership, P&L Ownership within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling multi-quarter business unit strategy and operating cadence within Engineering & Manufacturing teams in Noida or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
